Maryland Mommies was started by a few mommies who found it hard to meet other mommies like them. So they thought that if they could build it, Mommies would come! And so they started www.mymarylandmommies.com.
We wanted a place to give Mommies the opportunity to meet other Mommies in their area to have playdates, make new friends for themselves as well as their children, have a place to chat about Mommiehood, just a place to call their own! Each area has activities scheduled from playdates to Moms Night Out and more!
We also like to get involved in our communities as well and participate a lot in Community Outreach by conducting drives of different kinds, volunteering, donations and more.
We love the fact that our members are so diverse. We have working mommies, stay-at-home mommies, mommies-to-be, mommies of multiples, mommies new to Maryland, attachment parenting mommies, homeschooling mommies, mommies of all ages (even Grandmommies!) and more!
We have our own message boards that are safe and secure for all of our members. The message boards include separate forums for all counties in Maryland, recipe database, private chatrooms and so much more!
